- Return Requirements
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of custom-made or custom-made items are not accepted.
Returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipment will be borne by us. Returns due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size or personal preference) are the customer’s responsibility for return shipping.
